• BetDetective, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever
• This includes but is not limited to: financial losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses
• This applies regardless of whether such damages arise from: use or inability to use the Service, reliance on any information provided, errors or omissions, unauthorized access, or any other cause
• This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetDetective and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your use of the Service, (2) your violation of these Terms, (3) your violation of any rights of another party, or (4) any financial decisions or actions you take based on information from our Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to gambling laws, financial regulations, and tax laws. Prediction markets and betting may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws.

Third-Party Platforms

Our Service analyzes prediction markets from third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party prediction market platforms (including but not limited to Polymarket, Manifold, Metaculus, Kalshi, PredictIt, or any others). Any participation on those platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for your interactions with or losses on those platforms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
